The Coffee County Clerk of Superior Court

The Clerk of Superior Court serves as the official keeper of deed records in Coffee County. The office is located at 225 S. Madison Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533. You can visit in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pre-1999 records are not in the online system. You must visit the office in person to access those older documents.
