The Clerk of Superior Court serves as the official keeper of deed records in McIntosh County. The office is located at 310 N. Way, Darien, GA 31305. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pre-1999 records are not in the online system. You must visit the office in person to access those older documents.
